Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gonzalo Lucado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ajó's Alvaro Francho got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arturo Ferrando made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Cayetano Orzaize sent off a good shot on target. Dionisio Ugaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nereo Lartaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alfredo Piorno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Totoral FC's Nereo Lartaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Ugaitz in the 25th minute of play. Dionisio Ugaitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Lartaun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Gonzalo Lucado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Ferrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzalo Lucado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Ferrando having to interfere. Arturo Ferrando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute, one of Totoral FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Totoral FC. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Ajó. Flavio Ostadar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nereo Lartaun. 0-1. Alfredo Piorno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Ajó were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Piorno to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Alfredo Piorno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nereo Lartaun, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Piorno in the 64th minute of play forced Totoral FC's goalkeeper Nereo Lartaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Totoral FC's Nereo Lartaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Piorno in the 66th minute of play. Nereo Lartaun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Piorno, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Nicolas Gaizkine's late challenge caught a Totoral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Gaizkine helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th match minute, Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. Dionisio Ugaitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Nereo Lartaun made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Moises Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ajó booed when Totoral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Rufo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cayetano Orzaize scored 1-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arturo Ferrando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dionisio Ugaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ajó's zone, Gonzalo Lucado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Ferrando came out of the goal and Gonzalo Lucado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Alvaro Francho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
