Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pasleam FC's Hipolito Elixio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Lop was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River Plate 's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pasleam FC the free kick. In the 9th minute, Vladimiro Lop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Pasleam FC's Severino Javiero got a free kick in the 12th minute. Filiberto Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Delmar Vasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmar Vasco made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Filiberto Frascuelo sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Pasleam FC's goalkeeper Delmar Vasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filiberto Frascuelo. Eliseo Esiquio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Osoitz in the 30th minute of the match. Samuel Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Esiquio having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Filiberto Frascuelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hafız Tanver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiberto Frascuelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filiberto Frascuelo to make the kick off. Guido Onbera kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Samuel Osoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Frascuelo struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Delmar Vasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River Plate . Filiberto Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. River Plate 's Filiberto Frascuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuel Osoitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliseo Esiquio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. River Plate 's Eliseo Esiquio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Elixio in the 69th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play River Plate 's Vladimiro Lop was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Pasleam FC booed when River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiberto Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th match minute, Pasleam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Tallia to maneuver through the defense. Delmar Vasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Frascuelo in the 84th minute of play. Filiberto Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, Pasleam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Aureo to maneuver through the defense. River Plate 's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
