If Cesar Inocente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Onbera's late challenge caught a Pucheta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnulfo Onbera helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pucheta booed when Carpintería was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Onbera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesar Inocente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ignacio Frichoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Carpintería getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Severino Katia hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Cesar Inocente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Frichoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pucheta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Chuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Gagriel during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Pucheta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Gagriel to maneuver through the defense. If Urbano Valery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pucheta fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carpintería had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
