In the 4th minute of the match, Albano Brais tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Simon Xabat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Brais in the 7th minute of play forced Leviatanes de Guadalajara's goalkeeper Simon Xabat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Xabat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Brais in the 10th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Yacanto AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Gutmann came free, but Enrique Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute Albano Brais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Xabat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Gutmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Rico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Gutmann ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Yacanto AFC booed when Leviatanes de Guadalajara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Gutmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Albano Brais managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yacanto AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Brais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Xabat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albano Brais blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Xabat having to make a save. Enrique Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Gutmann in the 42nd minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to Leviatanes de Guadalajara getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Øivind Sæter hit a great ball. Lucas Gutmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Leviatanes de Guadalajara's zone, Albano Brais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Xabat came out of the goal and Albano Brais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Øivind Sæter kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes Leviatanes de Guadalajara got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gerazan. Severo Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Severo Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yacanto AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Xabat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrique Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Gutmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Lucas Gutmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
