Valle FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Gagriel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Quinton's late challenge caught a Valle FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Quinton helped the player get up and apologised. David Quinton kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Huracanes F.C.'s Jonas Llin got control of the ball when Diego Bernal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Bernal scored 1-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Llin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 47 minutes, Salvador Dalmu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valle FC and the Huracanes F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Huracanes F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jonas Llin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Gagriel's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Valle FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
