Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gogo Solustiano kicked off to start the match. Florentino Dolfos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freddy Palban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Erubiel Gorbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Txatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Gorbea having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Florentino Dolfos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erubiel Gorbea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 31 minutes, Basilio Presebal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tecate FC and the Remedios players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Arturo Lluques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florentino James kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Mauricio Lluciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erubiel Gorbea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauricio Lluciano went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florentino Dolfos was the one to do the kick off. Celestino Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Lluques in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Florentino Dolfos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erubiel Gorbea. Florentino Dolfos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 64th minute, Gogo Solustiano made a precise shot to the right of Celestino Nicholas. Tecate FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Florentino Dolfos might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erubiel Gorbea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Dolfos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th match minute, Remedios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino James to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Lluciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Vachon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Lluques in the 93rd minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Tecate FC got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Palban. The supporters of Remedios booed when Tecate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Lluciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Remedios fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tecate FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
