An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Colon in the 4th minute of play forced Favorina AFC's goalkeeper Gilberto Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Genaro Vito kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gilberto Raymon. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. If Eulalio Jenaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jimeno Colon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Raymon having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jimeno Colon in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Raymon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Favorina AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Genaro Vito fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Genaro Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Raymon having to interfere. After 32nd play minutes Genaro Vito shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Gilberto Raymon and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 36th minute of the match, Genaro Vito got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gilberto Raymon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jimeno Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gilberto Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genaro Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Genaro Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Raymon having to interfere. Gilberto Raymon didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cortadera AFC's Jimeno Colon shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Gilberto Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute of the match Generoso Henrico sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaudencio Efren skillfully saved the ball. Marcelo Uxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Llanos's late challenge caught a Cortadera AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Llanos helped the player get up and apologised. Adolfo Llanos hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to Favorina AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Faustino Fero hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Favorina AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Cortadera AFC. Teodosio Romildo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gilberto Raymon. 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Vito in the 82nd minute of play forced Favorina AFC's goalkeeper Gilberto Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Favorina AFC's Generoso Henrico got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Gilberto Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Romildo in the 84th minute of play. Aquiles Ostargi's late challenge caught a Cortadera AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Ostargi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, Favorina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Ostargi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 93 minutes, Genaro Vito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cortadera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Vito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jimeno Colon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Genaro Vito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilberto Raymon was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. After 98 minutes of play Favorina AFC's Adolfo Llanos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 99th match minute, Favorina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Llanos to maneuver through the defense. 100 minutes into the match, Jimeno Colon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Raymon. Favorina AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimeno Colon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. There was no doubt that Cortadera AFC were the better team. Cortadera AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
