Angelo Lluciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Azubeli in the 7th minute of play. Escaya AFC's Domingo James proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Escaya AFC from getting a goal against them. Pastor Hotz hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Vigil in the 14th minute of play forced Uranga AFC's goalkeeper Angelo Lluciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Vigil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelo Lluciano having to make a save. Pastor Hotz charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Hotz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Genaro Azubeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, Genaro Azubeli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escaya AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Azubeli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Uranga AFC's zone, Genaro Azubeli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Lluciano came out of the goal and Genaro Azubeli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Hotz in the 27th minute of play forced Escaya AFC's goalkeeper Domingo James to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Vigil in the 32nd minute of play forced Uranga AFC's goalkeeper Angelo Lluciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uranga AFC's Erubiel Foro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 40th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Domingo James but with some difficulty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseo Vigil made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Hotz in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo James prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domingo James stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Che's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, Escaya AFC's Ubaldo Jakue got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 60 played minutes Uranga AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Mino. 65 minutes in the game, Eliseo Vigil fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Angelo Lluciano having to interfere. If Cristo Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Pastor Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Azubeli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Lluciano having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Eliseo Vigil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escaya AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Vigil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Escaya AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Che came free, but Domingo James reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo James showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Che in the 93rd minute of the match. Domingo James made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Hotz in the 94th minute of play. The Escaya AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Uranga AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
