Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tafí AFC's Uriel Nisio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Uriel Nisio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Julian Aritza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basilio Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Delmar Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tigers FC's Delmar Rio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Nisio in the 9th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Filomeno Hechter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basilio Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Delmar Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramon Hunfredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Oriol having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Basilio Maria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tafí AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Maria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Uriel Nisio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tafí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Uriel Nisio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmar Rio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basilio Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute Basilio Maria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tigers FC's zone, Uriel Nisio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Rio came out of the goal and Uriel Nisio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Teodosio Indar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Indar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Oriol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basilio Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Delmar Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Tafí AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Ramon Hunfredo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Tigers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Hunfredo couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute Uriel Nisio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tafí AFC's Filomeno Hechter got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tigers FC's zone, Basilio Maria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Rio came out of the goal and Basilio Maria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonardo Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Teodosio Indar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Indar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Oriol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delmar Rio was a little too slow when Uriel Nisio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-2. Javier Oriol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Hunfredo in the 80th minute of play. Tafí AFC's Javier Oriol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Hunfredo in the 84th minute of play. If Ramon Hunfredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Maria came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Delmar Rio could save by the left post. Rigoberto Loi's late challenge caught a Tafí AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Loi helped the player get up and apologised. Tafí AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
