Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Constantino Macias started the match with the kick off. Jairo Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Petrigai having to interfere. Jairo Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felipe Fonda kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Constantino Macias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Ler was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Zeledon Micael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lezama AFC's Zeledon Micael got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jimeno Petrigai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silverio Cuarto's late challenge caught a Lezama AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silverio Cuarto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Raquel FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Silverio Cuarto hit a great ball. Jairo Vigil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th match minute, Raquel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Cordario to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Petrigai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Micael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Godfredo Diaz hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ivan Ler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Constantino Macias's shot from short distance in the 39th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeledon Micael to strike the kick off in the second half. Raquel FC's Silverio Cuarto got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Silverio Cuarto off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Vigil in the 56th minute of play forced Raquel FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Petrigai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Raquel FC's Constantino Macias got a free kick in the 57th minute. Jimeno Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Micael in the 58th minute of the match. Zeledon Micael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jimeno Petrigai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Petrigai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Micael, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Jairo Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jimeno Petrigai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jairo Vigil charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Vigil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jairo Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Jairo Vigil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raquel FC's Jimeno Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Micael in the 81st minute of play. Zeledon Micael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Petrigai having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Jairo Vigil notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Raquel FC's Jimeno Petrigai. Jimeno Petrigai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Lezama AFC's Zeledon Micael fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 96th minute, Natalio Abecia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lezama AFC had played much better football throughout.
