When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Carmelo Oalo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcelino Argi to make any attempt to save it. Carmelo Oalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelino Argi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Oalo in the 16th minute of the match. Carmelo Oalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Marcelino Argi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Argi had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Carmelo Oalo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Talagapa were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Niquivil AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niceto Indartsu took the corner. The corner ended in Niceto Indartsu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Niquivil AFC's Marcelino Argi did a great save. 30 minutes into the match, Niquivil AFC's Sebastian Calvet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruben Frasquito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcelino Argi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Oalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Calvet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carmelo Oalo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Calvet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Frasquito having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Talagapa's Justino Policarpio got a free kick in the 55th minute. Niquivil AFC's Marcelino Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Beltran in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Calvet in the 67th minute of play forced Talagapa's goalkeeper Ruben Frasquito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Eron during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 68 played minutes Talagapa got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Eron. Sebastian Calvet struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Ruben Frasquito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Niquivil AFC. Sebastian Calvet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Frasquito having to interfere. Niquivil AFC's Sebastian Calvet was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 76th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Godfredo Eron got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ruben Frasquito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Calvet, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Rogelio Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Clis hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. If Rogelio Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 97 minutes, Rogelio Umea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niquivil AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Umea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Talagapa were victorious despite being under pressure from Niquivil AFC for much of the match.
