Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fernando Iratxo kicked off to start the match. Aureliano Reynardo was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Jorge Vergaray capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorge Vergaray really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Baldomero Milian's late challenge caught a Taco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Milian helped the player get up and apologised. Astor Pabla was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Isaac Munio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ramiro Tercero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Arnulfo Oroitz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Isaac Munio came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Soledad FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Munio couldn't finish the play. Ramiro Tercero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Iratxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Vergaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Reynardo having to interfere. Jeremias Adrio hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Aureliano Reynardo came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Taco's Arnulfo Oroitz. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Oroitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After having played for 35 minutes, Jorge Vergaray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Vergaray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Eustaquio Quilino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taco's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Quilino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Reynardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorge Vergaray was the one to do the kick off. Arnulfo Oroitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramiro Tercero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Iratxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Jorge Vergaray hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. When Soledad FC's Fernando Iratxo in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Taco's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Soledad FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Baldomero Milian hit a great ball. Fernando Iratxo might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ramiro Tercero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Iratxo ran back to his position shaking his head. Fernando Iratxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Tercero having to interfere. Isaac Munio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ramiro Tercero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Soledad FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Taco.
