The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the FC Kastores defense, Emanuel Gai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Venancio Rojelio. The FC Kastores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Venancio Rojelio should have stopped the shot. Nicolas Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Rojelio having to interfere. Clemente Peter kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Nicolas Dominix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Venancio Rojelio having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Bernaldo during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adrian Bernaldo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Nicolas Dominix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Venancio Rojelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. FC Kastores's Venancio Rojelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Lander in the 30th minute of play. If Emanuel Gai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Rojelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Dominix in the 34th minute of the match. If Eustacio Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th match minute, Mantero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Lander to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, FC Kastores's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Dominix came free, but Venancio Rojelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Mantero were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Venancio Rojelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Lander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venancio Rojelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Gai in the 55th minute. Venancio Rojelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Dominix in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, FC Kastores's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Dominix came free, but Venancio Rojelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Kastores's Eustacio Xacintu got a free kick in the 59th minute. Emanuel Gai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute Nicolas Dominix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Rojelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Gai got free with Venancio Rojelio in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicolas Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Rojelio having to interfere. Nicolas Dominix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Eustacio Xacintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Mantero's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Peter came free, but Armando Udalaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
