Rodolfo Etxeberri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Luis Errolan made a huge save. But to his dismay, Rogelio Opilano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Luis Errolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Sal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Errolan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Eron in the 42nd minute of the match. Rodolfo Etxeberri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Luis Errolan made a huge save. 45 minutes into the match, Severo Eron dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luis Errolan, 2-3.

52 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Etxeberri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Luis Errolan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luis Errolan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Palben went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. Valentin Elivareo in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Serafino Cordarrol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 68 minutes, Valentin Elivareo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. leones's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Elivareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luis Errolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Etxeberri in the 71st minute of play. Amadeo Naldo hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Talleres AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Opilano came free, but Serafino Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Talleres AFC's goalkeeper Serafino Cordarrol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Elivareo. 83 minutes into the match, leones's Pablo Marques sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafino Cordarrol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luis Errolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Sal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 90 minutes into the game, when Benjamin Oliveiro put in a rough tackle. Luis Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Talleres AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while leones had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
