Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Genaro Sanduru got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Escalante's Emanuel Dunixi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gonzalo Leoncio. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. In the 17th match minute, Acevedo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Ponc to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Escalante's Siro Gabon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonzalo Leoncio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 26 played minutes, Acevedo AFC's Joel Gentza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximiliano Urdin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Acevedo AFC reached it. Erubiel Santikurtz hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Acevedo AFC's Gonzalo Leoncio got control of the ball when Siro Gabon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Escalante's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Blas Salomon in the 35th minute. The corner led Escalante's Teo Loiola to fire away a dangerous shot which Gonzalo Leoncio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Emanuel Dunixi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gonzalo Leoncio was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After 38 minutes Acevedo AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Blas Salomon who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Escalante's corner Blas Salomon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gonzalo Leoncio quite easily take care of the ball. If Siro Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Silvino might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximiliano Urdin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Silvino ran back to his position shaking his head. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Siro Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Leoncio having to interfere. Francisco Silvino hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Siro Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escalante's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Gabon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 played minutes Acevedo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Estebe. Gonzalo Leoncio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Gabon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gonzalo Leoncio came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Escalante's Emanuel Dunixi. But to his dismay, Emanuel Dunixi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 84thth minute of the game Emanuel Dunixi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acevedo AFC's Gonzalo Leoncio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Acevedo AFC's Gonzalo Leoncio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Gabon in the 87th minute of play. If Francisco Silvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Matai charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilfredo Matai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Acevedo AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Escalante:s goal. The referee gave Escalante a penalty, 99 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Blas Salomon, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Acevedo AFC's Gonzalo Leoncio. 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Escalante fully deserved thier win.
