Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guillermo Cuartio started the match with the kick off. Denis Artizar charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Artizar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Recreo booed when Salagasta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Artizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Gonza in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Viviano saved Salagasta from getting behind. Gerardo Iyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Cuartio, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Gerardo Iyan made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Bartolo Odon sent off a good shot on target. Gerardo Iyan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Odon in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes of play, Salagasta's Bartolo Odon made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerardo Iyan was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Bikendi in the 32nd minute of play forced Salagasta's goalkeeper Oscar Viviano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Salagasta's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Txerran came free, but Oscar Viviano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Iyan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Cuartio in the 35th minute of the match. Guillermo Cuartio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gerardo Iyan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis Artizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Iyan having to interfere. Oscar Viviano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Txerran, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When Denis Artizar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 46 minutes had been played. In the 47th match minute, Salagasta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Artizar to maneuver through the defense.
The wind increased when Nicolas Bikendi made the kick off in the second half. Recreo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurelio Kemen in the 56th minute. A nice corner shot did that Aurelio Kemen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oscar Viviano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 63rd play minute Osvaldo Txerran came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Oscar Viviano. 1-1. Nicolas Bikendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oscar Viviano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Bikendi ran back to his position shaking his head. Gerardo Iyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Nicolas Bikendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Oscar Viviano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Viviano was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Nicolas Bikendi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicolas Bikendi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After 92 played minutes Salagasta got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Evis. After 97 minutes Salagasta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aurelio Kemen who took care of the corner kick. Recreo's Aurelio Kemen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oscar Viviano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Recreo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
