In the 8th minute of the match Horacio Koldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Ascencio skillfully saved the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Tranca's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Abel came free, but Vladimiro Enetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Tranca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Foro to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Godoy FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gervasio Quentin hit a great ball. Miguel Grabiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eloy Loramendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 22 minutes, Atilano Felipillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Godoy FC and the Tranca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Delmiro Ascencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eloy Loramendi's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Loramendi in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Ascencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vladimiro Enetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Abel, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Gervasio Quentin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Godoy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tranca the free kick. Gervasio Quentin kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Horacio Koldo, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eloy Loramendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Ascencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eloy Loramendi ran back to his position shaking his head. Miguel Grabiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Ascencio having to interfere. Delmiro Ascencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Loramendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eloy Loramendi made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Gaspar Abel put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vladimiro Enetz. Delmiro Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Loramendi in the 60th minute of play. Damian Foro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes Tranca got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Llin. In the 68th match minute, Tranca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Sarracino to maneuver through the defense. Angelino Rudolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Vladimiro Enetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelino Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Miguel Grabiel came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Tranca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Grabiel couldn't finish the play. Delmiro Ascencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Loramendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eloy Loramendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Ascencio having to interfere. If Gabriel Sarracino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godoy FC's Delmiro Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Loramendi in the 84th minute of play. Angelino Rudolfo in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vladimiro Enetz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vladimiro Enetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Abel in the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Godoy FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
