Gualterio Urbez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafin Gorosti hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Azampay's Gualterio Urbez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Sidro in the 7th minute of play. Gualterio Urbez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ildefonso Sidro's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Aaron Dubardo's late challenge caught a Tipán AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Dubardo helped the player get up and apologised. Aaron Dubardo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Aaron Dubardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Bemabe might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gualterio Urbez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melquiades Bemabe ran back to his position shaking his head. Victor Gamus hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Ildefonso Sidro struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Gualterio Urbez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tipán AFC. 22 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Sidro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gualterio Urbez. Ildefonso Sidro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Gualterio Urbez was a little too slow when Melquiades Bemabe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-0. With a little luck, Azampay's Gualterio Urbez got control of the ball when Melquiades Bemabe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Ildefonso Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tipán AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ildefonso Sidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Azampay's Ildefonso Mincho got a free kick in the 39th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Ildefonso Mincho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azampay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Mincho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Columbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Ildefonso Mincho took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Iker Eladio to make any attempt to save it. Jose Columbo in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iker Eladio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 65th match minute, Tipán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Laurendi to maneuver through the defense. If Melquiades Bemabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Candido Matia fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azampay's protests and gave Candido Matia a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Bemabe in the 73rd minute of play forced Azampay's goalkeeper Gualterio Urbez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Columbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tobias Cordarrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tipán AFC's zone, Ildefonso Mincho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Eladio came out of the goal and Ildefonso Mincho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ildefonso Mincho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Eladio having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Azampay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tipán AFC.
