Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicanor Xabel took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Saul Domenec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vertientes FC's Zacarias Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Domenec in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Alfredo Ermano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tigres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vertientes FC the free kick. The supporters of Vertientes FC booed when Tigres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Ermano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Evaristo Igon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Ermano struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Zacarias Xabel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigres FC. A collision led to Vertientes FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Maximo Belarmo hit a great ball. Alfredo Ermano scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Xabel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredo Ermano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saul Domenec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Xabel having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Filiberto Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigres FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Henrico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Xabel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alfredo Ermano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Ermano in the 29th minute of the match. Bonifacio Taurino made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Evaristo Igon sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Ermano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Zacarias Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Ermano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Maximo Belarmo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bonifacio Taurino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Ermano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Urbano Leoiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tigres FC! In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Vertientes FC. Urbano Leoiar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bonifacio Taurino. 2-1. Tigres FC made a substitution. Eloy Eron replaced Ruben Rufo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Nafarroa in the 64th minute of play forced Tigres FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Taurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Domenecs short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Zacarias Xabel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of Tigres FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vertientes FC:s goal. Fernan Txatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Vertientes FC defense, Humberto Lucero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zacarias Xabel. The Vertientes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zacarias Xabel should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Tigres FC's Filiberto Henrico ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zacarias Xabel. Zacarias Xabel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Evaristo Igon scored 3-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bonifacio Taurino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vertientes FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Tigres FC had controlled the match.
