Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Espigas's Cleto Colon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Espigas's Leonel Ipar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Espigas from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Quirze got free with Leonel Ipar in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute, Noqueces AFC's Jaime Vigil dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Cleto Colon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Clementi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Celedonio Dominix took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramon Clementi. Ramon Clementi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After having played for 31 minutes, Cleto Colon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espigas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Colon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Noqueces AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Dominix came free, but Ramon Clementi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Ipar having to interfere. In the 38th minute Cleto Colon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Clementi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match, Jaime Vigil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonel Ipar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sergio Quirze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Noqueces AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Espigas were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Vigil to make the kick off. If Sergio Quirze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Sergio Quirze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Noqueces AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergio Quirze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Ipar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute Jaime Vigil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Ipar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Martino in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Jaime Vigil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cleto Colon came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Espigas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Colon couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 69 in the game by Celedonio Dominix from a close distance when the talented Ramon Clementi managed to make a qualified save. Noqueces AFC's players were relieved. The supporters of Noqueces AFC booed when Espigas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Juvenal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergio Quirze struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Leonel Ipar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Noqueces AFC. Jaime Vigil hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Celedonio Dominix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
