Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Colastiné FC's Osvaldo Ixona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Colastiné FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Ebardo. After recieving a nice pass, Volcán's Amador Telesforo tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Jacinto Matxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Inocencio Eriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Colastiné FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Isaias Peru hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Osvaldo Ixona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Cristos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Esteban Nuno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Colastiné FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Volcán:s goal. Colastiné FC:s Braulio Bernebe showed great skill when he stopped Amador Telesforo:s penalty. Inocencio Eriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Braulio Bernebe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Leonel Erasto fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Volcán's protests and gave Leonel Erasto a yellow card for diving instead. Emanuel Cristos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Manny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Cristos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Jacinto Matxin hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inocencio Eriz to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Volcán booed when Colastiné FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Min didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteban Nuno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafino Ebardo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Volcán's Esteban Nuno got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esteban Nuno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Braulio Bernebe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Eriz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Braulio Bernebe having to make a save.
