If Bartolo Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Evangelista kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Felix Umbruso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Sugoi having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantino Baladi made a kick off. Constantino Baladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Pinto defense, Bartolo Jorrin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicanor Sugoi. The Pinto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicanor Sugoi should have stopped the shot. If Fulgencio Tallia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Jorrin struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Nicanor Sugoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stan Loona. Stan Loona's Constantino Baladi got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
