Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Agustin Isaio started the match with the kick off. When Florencio Rufio came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Chañar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Rufio couldn't finish the play. Chañar's Godfredo Inko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Abaurre in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to México getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arturo Quintin hit a great ball. Delmar Ermano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Joachim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmar Ermano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iker Joachim in the 34th minute. Delmar Ermano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Isaio in the 36th minute of play. Chañar's Godfredo Inko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Corderro in the 37th minute of play. Godfredo Inko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Abaurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Godfredo Inko came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by México's Saturnino Benat. But to his dismay, Saturnino Benat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 46th match minute, México was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Quintin to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Delmar Ermano throw himself and got hold of the ball when Agustin Isaio in the 47thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Florencio Rufio came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Chañar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Rufio couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Javier Abaurre in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godfredo Inko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. México's Delmar Ermano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Joachim in the 62nd minute of play. Fermin Corderro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godfredo Inko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After 73 played minutes México got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Benat. In the 74th minute, Zeledon Manni sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and México's Delmar Ermano didn't even have to move. 80 minutes into the game, Javier Abaurre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. México's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chañar the free kick. The supporters of Chañar booed when México was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Abaurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Desiderio Beltran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chañar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Delmar Ermano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Isaio in the 95th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustin Isaio in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmar Ermano saved México from getting behind. Chañar's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
