Casimiro Dino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Bingen having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Olimpique's zone, Casimiro Dino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Bingen came out of the goal and Casimiro Dino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Lorenzo Ferrer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ranchos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Marcos Emmanuel in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Olimpique's Alfonso Isias. Leonardo Bingen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Alfonso Isias charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfonso Isias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, Olimpique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Isias to maneuver through the defense. If Casimiro Dino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Cleto Guillelmo had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Astor Heli kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ranchos's Anacleto Walme got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Astor Heli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lorenzo Ferrer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Leonardo Bingen made a huge save. Ranchos's Anacleto Walme pulled a muscle in his back after 59 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Alfonso Isias was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The throw-in from Marcos Emmanuel in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Olimpique's Astor Heli. If Andres Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Ranchos's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Dunixi came free, but Eusebio Gaueko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Ranchos got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Ferrer. After having played for 84 minutes, Raul Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olimpique's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Evangelista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Evangelista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Gaueko having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Marcos Emmanuel in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Olimpique's Astor Heli. Raul Evangelista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Eusebio Gaueko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ranchos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
