Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when German Remicio got the match started through his kick off. Adrian Endura kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Luis Oriche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Santos Fertus made a huge save. From close distance Luis Oriche pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 16 minutes into the game. After a rather tough play, Barrancas's Salvador Eutropio got a free kick in the 27th minute. Cafferata FC's Bernardo Erramu got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. German Remicio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Santos Fertus 30 minutes into the match. Artemio Abadia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Weather having to interfere. Ramiro Gora might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eliseo Weather. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramiro Gora ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Santxol in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseo Weather saved Cafferata FC from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Juan Santxol made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Ramiro Gora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrancas's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Gora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseo Weather breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Luis Oriche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Barrancas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cafferata FC:s goal. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Cafferata FC. Bernardo Erramu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Santos Fertus. 3-0. Eliseo Weather showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Santxol, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Victorino Jeraldo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Santos Fertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Remicio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Ramiro Gora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. German Remicio charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed German Remicio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 90 minutes into the match, Cafferata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Santxol came free, but Eliseo Weather reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barrancas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
