Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 12th minute of the match, David Odol got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cecilio Bitxintxo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marcelino Santio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Austin in the 15th minute of play forced Corrientes's goalkeeper Cecilio Bitxintxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nicolas Austin came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Concordia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Austin couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Austin struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Cecilio Bitxintxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Concordia. 24 minutes into the match, Corrientes's Ruperto Michael sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejo Lugo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ruperto Michael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Lugo having to interfere. In the 29thth minute of the game Jacobo Erlantz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Concordia's Alejo Lugo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Concordia's Nicolas Austin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cecilio Bitxintxo. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. Jacobo Erlantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobo Erlantz in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Lugo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ulises Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corrientes's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Aimar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Lugo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 45 played minutes Corrientes got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Santio. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacobo Erlantz to strike the kick off in the second half. David Odol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Bitxintxo having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Ulises Aimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Abad was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Nicolas Austin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Concordia's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Austin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Bitxintxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 61 played minutes Corrientes got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Llope. Ruperto Michael could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Alejo Lugo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Corrientes's Ulises Aimar got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 72 played minutes, Concordia's Bruno Abad shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cecilio Bitxintxo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Concordia reached it. Nicolas Austin took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cecilio Bitxintxo. Cecilio Bitxintxo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Austin in the 83rd minute of play forced Corrientes's goalkeeper Cecilio Bitxintxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Odol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Cecilio Bitxintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Odol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Concordia's Nicolas Austin in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corrientes's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Concordia had won after a very even match.
