The audience was convinced that Emanuel Caradaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Monte was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Jonatan Luix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Isusko having to interfere. Sepultura's Sixto Isusko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Sepultura from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute Roque Erauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arturo Monte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Erauso in the 27th minute of the match. Roque Erauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emanuel Caradaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sepultura booed when Angélica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Maureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Roque Erauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Diego Formerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
