Prudencio Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Monte having to interfere. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Prudencio Vela sped through Angélica FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arturo Monte. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Angélica FC's goalkeeper Arturo Monte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jonatan Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Diego Formerio came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Angélica FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Formerio couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Ycuha AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jonatan Luix fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ycuha AFC's Wilfredo Mel got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Mel in the 28th minute of play forced Angélica FC's goalkeeper Arturo Monte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Monte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Nesto in the 33rd minute of play. Sixto Geofredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Luix's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the game, Jonatan Luix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sixto Geofredo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonatan Luix was the one to do the kick off. Sixto Geofredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Luix's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Ycuha AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Filomeno Nesto hit a great ball. Jonatan Luix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Geofredo having to interfere. After 60 minutes, Jonatan Luix made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ycuha AFC's Sixto Geofredo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Prudencio Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Monte having to interfere. Wilfredo Mel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Arturo Monte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Angélica FC's Juan Lop got a free kick in the 71st minute. Jonatan Luix's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sixto Geofredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Diego Formerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Sixto Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Vela in the 80th minute of play forced Angélica FC's goalkeeper Arturo Monte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ycuha AFC's Sixto Geofredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Luix in the 82nd minute of play. Diego Formerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Geofredo having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Wilfredo Mel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Prudencio Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angélica FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
