Godofredo Txanton ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardo Orti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Palermo's Aquilino Ibar got control of the ball when Cesar Prejun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Garruchos FC's Oscar Ubelteso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Txanton in the 26th minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
