The crowd rose to their feet as Pocito's Leandro Katia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Enzo Sarracino. That made the score 1-0 after 35 minutes of play. Fredriksson's Enzo Sarracino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Fredriksson from getting a goal against them. After 60 minutes, Marco Roldanillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fredriksson and the Pocito players grew even worse after the yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patricio Rico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute, Pocito's Marco Chus seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marco Chus the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pocito protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marco Chus had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pocito! After a defensive mix-up in Fredriksson's zone, Leandro Katia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Sarracino came out of the goal and Leandro Katia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
