Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in FC Necaxa's zone, Ismael Laurin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Playo came out of the goal and Ismael Laurin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, cruz azulec jr's Lino Quin got a free kick in the 5th minute. cruz azulec jr's Miguel Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Buinton in the 8th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herminio Lonzo during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Necaxa's Herminio Lonzo got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ismael Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Playo having to interfere. Tadeo Perfecto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Miguel Asteri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ismael Laurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Tulio scored 0-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eriberto Playo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eriberto Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Laurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 48th minute, Victorio Buinton fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After the first half cruz azulec jr were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorio Buinton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Miguel Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Buinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to cruz azulec jr getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Americo Claris hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Victorio Buinton managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Necaxa's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Buinton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Asteri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, FC Necaxa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ismael Laurin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 64 played minutes cruz azulec jr got a freekick which was hit by Lino Quin. In the 66thth minute of the game Tadeo Perfecto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but cruz azulec jr's Miguel Asteri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Narciso Tulio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Necaxa booed when cruz azulec jr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Quin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narciso Tulio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Eriberto Playo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Narciso Tulio came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the cruz azulec jr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Tulio couldn't finish the play. The FC Necaxa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. cruz azulec jr were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
