Eloy Berasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Gilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Deportivo Villas's Evelio Faron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eloy Berasko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evelio Faron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Faron in the 22nd minute of play forced Real Tultepec's goalkeeper Eloy Berasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Jose Cordarell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gervasio Florian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melchor Abechuco charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melchor Abechuco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Real Tultepec booed when Deportivo Villas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th match minute, Deportivo Villas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Abechuco to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Real Tultepec's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Gilen came free, but Eloy Berasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evelio Faron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teobaldo Hermon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gervasio Florian went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gervasio Florian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Real Tultepec's goalkeeper Eloy Berasko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Abechuco. Real Tultepec's Eloy Berasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Gilen in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Deportivo Villas's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Cordarell came free, but Teobaldo Hermon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Cordarell struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Teobaldo Hermon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Tultepec. After having played for 65 minutes, Evelio Faron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Villas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Faron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Villas's zone, Jose Cordarell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobaldo Hermon came out of the goal and Jose Cordarell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Jose Cordarell notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Deportivo Villas's Teobaldo Hermon. Teobaldo Hermon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jose Cordarell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Hermon having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Evelio Faron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Villas's supporters rose to their feet, but Evelio Faron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eloy Berasko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Real Tultepec had played much better football throughout.
