Zorros FCAV's Rafael Raebert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Savion in the 8th minute of play. Norberto Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Raebert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Norberto Jaen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramblones's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Jaen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Raebert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Norberto Jaen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Rafael Raebert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zorros FCAV's Gervasio Lamberto got a free kick in the 27th minute. Rafael Raebert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norberto Jaen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermengildo Gaxan got free with Erasmo Hitz in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 48 minutes into the match, Zorros FCAV's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Savion came free, but Rafael Raebert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norberto Jaen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ramblones's Americo Savion sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Raebert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hermengildo Gaxan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Erasmo Hitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Hermengildo Gaxan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Hitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ramblones's Paulino Chorache got a free kick in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ramblones's zone, Anibal Leoiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Hitz came out of the goal and Anibal Leoiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erasmo Hitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Gaxan's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Anibal Leoiar struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Erasmo Hitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zorros FCAV. In the 74th minute Norberto Jaen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Raebert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Barros during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Ramblones's Americo Savion ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafael Raebert. Rafael Raebert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Hermengildo Gaxan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
