In the 4th minute Cornelio Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Tipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Cornelio Padro made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Tipi. Uspallata FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After having played for 9 minutes, Lázaro Txilar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uspallata FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Txilar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uspallata FC's Melquiades Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Fero in the 15th minute of play. Gregorio Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateo Fero scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melquiades Tipi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ruben Hermon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Txilar in the 34th minute of the match. Lázaro Txilar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute of the match, Genaro Ellande got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ruben Hermon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 42nd minute, Mateo Fero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cornelio Padro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Tipi having to interfere. Uspallata FC's Melquiades Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Fero in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lázaro Txilar to strike the kick off in the second half. 0-3 became the score in the 51st minute when Cornelio Padro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lázaro Txilar's late challenge caught a Babilonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lázaro Txilar helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Uspallata FC got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Txilar. With a little luck, Uspallata FC's Melquiades Tipi got control of the ball when Mateo Fero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cornelio Padro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Melquiades Tipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genaro Ellande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Segundo Oihan during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 75 in the game by Cornelio Padro from a close distance when the talented Melquiades Tipi managed to make a qualified save. Uspallata FC's players were relieved. 80 minutes into the match, Genaro Ellande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruben Hermon. Babilonia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Genaro Ellande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 84th minute, Mateo Fero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Uspallata FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Babilonia's performance. The match ended with a win for Babilonia.
