In the 4th match minute, Vallecito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Malvin to maneuver through the defense. If Apolo Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luxray's Eloy Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Urtun in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Apolo Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Luxray's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Aznar came free, but Eloy Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Jesus Dolcet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apolo Aznar struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Eloy Bento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vallecito FC. Apolo Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Bento having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Palban during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Luxray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Palban to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 33 minutes, Edgardo Urtun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vallecito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Urtun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Melquiades Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Silvano Palban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luxray's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Palban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Gabirel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgardo Urtun was the one to do the kick off. Silvano Palban kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Edgardo Urtun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eloy Bento was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apolo Aznar got free with Eloy Bento in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Fermin Malvin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vallecito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 75th minute of the match Vallecito FC got a corner. Luxray's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carmelo Cidro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Fermin Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallecito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Malvin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eloy Bento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, Edgardo Urtun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eloy Bento, 0-2. If Edgardo Urtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luxray's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Edgardo Urtun scored to the left of an out of position Eloy Bento, making the score, 0-3. Edgardo Urtun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edgardo Urtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Apolo Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Bento having to interfere. The Luxray fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vallecito FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
