Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Virgilio Bertin started the match with the kick off. When Virgilio Bertin came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Chenaut FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Bertin couldn't finish the play. Virgilio Bertin struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Eusebio Lizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chenaut FC. In the 9th minute Gustavo Maurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Garci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Maurin in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Honorio Garci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Ambargasta AFC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Flavio Lucero hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ambargasta AFC's Silvio Bakar got a free kick in the 15th minute. Leonides Vellito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Lizar having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Jacinto Sal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Honorio Garci was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Silvio Bakar fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ambargasta AFC's protests and gave Silvio Bakar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chenaut FC booed when Ambargasta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Bakar didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Diaz shot from long distance in the 32nd minute, but Eusebio Lizar was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After a rather tough play, Chenaut FC's Leonides Vellito got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 51 played minutes, Chenaut FC's Marcelo Tano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Lizar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chenaut FC reached it. David Diaz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Ildefonso Nicholas fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chenaut FC's protests and gave Ildefonso Nicholas a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Chenaut FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Nicholas. Virgilio Bertin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Eusebio Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvio Bakar hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Eusebio Lizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Bertin in the 65th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Chenaut FC's goalkeeper Honorio Garci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto Sal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Bertin in the 72nd minute of play forced Ambargasta AFC's goalkeeper Eusebio Lizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Chenaut FC booed when Ambargasta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Bras didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Bertin in the 75th minute of play forced Ambargasta AFC's goalkeeper Eusebio Lizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th match minute, Ambargasta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Bartoleme to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Bertin in the 80th minute of play forced Ambargasta AFC's goalkeeper Eusebio Lizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Ambargasta AFC's Jacinto Sal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorio Garci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Virgilio Bertin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ambargasta AFC's Eusebio Lizar. Eusebio Lizar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chenaut FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ambargasta AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
