The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabricio Goito got free with Eliseo Loiola in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ermegildo Peli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Silvino having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermegildo Peli in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Silvino saved Ibarlucea from getting behind. Escorpion FC's Ermegildo Peli got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Ibarlucea's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Peli came free, but Mauro Silvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Silvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Peli in the 14th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ermegildo Peli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Silvino was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Eliseo Loiola successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eliseo Loiola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Baladi in the 26th minute of play. Aureliano Clemencin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eliseo Loiola. Escorpion FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jairo Vitin kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Fabricio Goito notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Escorpion FC's Eliseo Loiola. Eliseo Loiola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mauro Silvino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermegildo Peli's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 35th match minute, Ibarlucea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Tadzio to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes Escorpion FC got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Peli. After 40 played minutes Ibarlucea got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Kimetz. 41 minutes into the match, Ibarlucea's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Peli came free, but Mauro Silvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Loiola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabricio Goito in the 47th minute.

After some careless play in the Escorpion FC defense, Mario Baladi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseo Loiola. The Escorpion FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseo Loiola should have stopped the shot. With his leg Mauro Silvino managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Escorpion FC's Ermegildo Peli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eliseo Loiola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Baladi in the 59th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Matias Tauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 63 in the game by Ermegildo Peli from a close distance when the talented Mauro Silvino managed to make a qualified save. Ibarlucea's players were relieved. Mauro Silvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ermegildo Peli in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute, Escorpion FC's Pastor Benat dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Mauro Silvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Peli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fabricio Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Escorpion FC's Ermegildo Peli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauro Silvino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raimundo Txeru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Silvino having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Benjamin Tomi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibarlucea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Tomi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Escorpion FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ibarlucea.
