Ermegildo Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Enmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Marquesado defense, Fulgencio Berbiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Sindo. The Marquesado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Sindo should have stopped the shot. If Tiburcio Enmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adan Chorache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicanor Cuarto kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Marayes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Enmanuel came free, but Ermegildo Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fulgencio Berbiz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Tiburcio Enmanuel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marquesado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 59 played minutes Marquesado got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Bertin. Marayes FC's Fulgencio Berbiz got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prudencio Cheche struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ivan Sindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marayes FC. Fulgencio Berbiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Sindo having to interfere. Ermegildo Cordeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adan Chorache went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Fulgencio Berbiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ivan Sindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Cuarto was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Adan Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marquesado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Chorache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
