In the 32nd minute Efrain Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Koldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Manuel Florian notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Dorila AFC's Eliseo Koldo. Eliseo Koldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Hernando in the 39th minute of play forced Alumbrera's goalkeeper Rigoberto Bingen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Manuel Florian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alumbrera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Florian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Munio in the 44th minute of play forced Dorila AFC's goalkeeper Eliseo Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Rigoberto Bingen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Hernando, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Mauro Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Mauro Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauro Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Mauro Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alumbrera's Rigoberto Bingen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rigoberto Bingen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Hernando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lázaro Hernando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lázaro Hernando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95thth minute of the game Lázaro Hernando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alumbrera's Rigoberto Bingen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 95 played minutes Alumbrera got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Chico. The Alumbrera players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Dorila AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
