Severiano Kemen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute Arnaldo Transito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Sagrario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Llisca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Felipo to maneuver through the defense. Silverio Casomiro charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After having played for 44 minutes, Arnaldo Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llisca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Transito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnaldo Transito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Hector Sagrario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The corner led Llisca's Dalmacio Eleder to fire away a dangerous shot which Hector Sagrario despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Severiano Kemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Maule, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Ixona during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcos Ixona hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Florencio Felipo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Cheleros United's Benigno Maule slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Severiano Kemen. That made the score 0-2 after 96 minutes of play. Cheleros United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
