Ermegildo Poncio had several of the Puerta's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Emanuel Nesor as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ermegildo Poncio struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Emanuel Nesor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -------------------------. 33 minutes into the match, Puerta's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Poncio came free, but Emanuel Nesor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Poncio in the 35th minute of play forced Puerta's goalkeeper Emanuel Nesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Cloyo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venancio Txatxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Blas Urbasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Venancio Txatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

52 minutes into the game, Freddy Gaizkine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puerta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ------------------------- the free kick. A collision led to Puerta getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Freddy Gaizkine hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Ermegildo Poncio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ------------------------- fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when -------------------------'s Ermegildo Poncio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Cloyo in the 77th minute of play forced -------------------------'s goalkeeper Venancio Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
