Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Feliciano Haritz took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Carnerito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Chico to maneuver through the defense. Fulgencio Firman was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Angelino Gamus. 6 minutes into the game, Simon Erramu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yapeyú's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carnerito the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Yapeyú:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Carnerito:s goal. Feliciano Haritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Carnerito booed when Yapeyú was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Loramendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Adrian Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Barea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Haritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to Yapeyú getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gregorio Loramendi hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Feliciano Haritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carnerito's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Haritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Barea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Osmundo in the 20th minute of play forced Yapeyú's goalkeeper Tobias Barea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fulgencio Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulgencio Firman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Bidari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliciano Haritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carnerito's Fulgencio Firman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Bidari in the 35th minute of play. Ramiro Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Fulgencio Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 played minutes Carnerito got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Xacintu. When Luis Canor came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Yapeyú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Canor couldn't finish the play. In the 44th match minute, Yapeyú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Canor to maneuver through the defense. After 45 minutes, Marciano Gartzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yapeyú and the Carnerito players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Carnerito booed when Yapeyú was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Gartzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Osmundo struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Tobias Barea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carnerito. The Yapeyú players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carnerito were winning 0-1.
After having played for 53 minutes, Ramiro Bidari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yapeyú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Bidari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carnerito's Fulgencio Firman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Canor in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carnerito's Esteban Monico got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute, Benito Cristofol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute Feliciano Haritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Barea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Osmundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tobias Barea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliciano Haritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Prudencio Gurutz fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yapeyú's protests and gave Prudencio Gurutz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Carnerito booed when Yapeyú was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Gurutz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Carnerito walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
