The supporters of Cascada FC booed when Carnerito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Monico didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Carnerito's zone, Cleto Rufio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Firman came out of the goal and Cleto Rufio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabricio Velasco's late challenge caught a Carnerito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. Fabricio Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Carnerito's Fulgencio Firman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Balendin in the 17th minute of play. After some careless play in the Carnerito defense, Fernando Balendin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Firman. The Carnerito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Firman should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute Cleto Rufio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Gorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Haritz in the 33rd minute of the match. Feliciano Haritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Balendin in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Cleto Rufio made the kick off in the second half. Clodoveo Chico hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Fernando Balendin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Firman having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Esteban Monico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Balendin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Firman made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Fernando Balendin sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the game, Cleto Rufio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fulgencio Firman. Cleto Rufio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When Esteban Monico fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carnerito's protests and gave Esteban Monico a yellow card for diving instead. Cleto Rufio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulgencio Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Rufio in the 95th minute of play. Esteban Monico kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Cascada FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carnerito throughout the match.
