With 17 minutes on the clock, Aquiles Dino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, aguilas's Aquiles Dino got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes in the game Arturo Cordearo got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Baraquiel in the 22nd minute of play forced aguilas's goalkeeper Cristian Pietro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. aguilas's Cristian Pietro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save aguilas from getting a goal against them. A collision led to aguilas getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Rodrigo Nastasio hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Nastasio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. aguilas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dolores AFC the free kick. After 39 minutes, Daniel Goiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dolores AFC and the aguilas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute Alejo Ladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Kemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Delmar Cesaro was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Delmar Cesaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Kemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th match minute, aguilas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Baumer to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Baraquiel in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Pietro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristian Pietro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Terciero, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Rodolfo Tonete hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Alejo Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the aguilas defense, Rodolfo Tonete kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristian Pietro. The aguilas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristian Pietro should have stopped the shot. aguilas made a substitution. Jeronimo Izel replaced Igor Rodas. Delmar Cesaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Kemen having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Alejo Ladio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eusebio Kemen. Dolores AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejo Ladio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
