The referee showed Rodolfo Vergaray the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Suco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Vergaray to maneuver through the defense. If Bonifacio Gorbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Serafino Felipillo managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Suco FC's Bonifacio Gorbea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Prospero Ibon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patricio Berasko was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Bonifacio Gorbea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Serafino Felipillo made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Obraje's zone, Ildefonso Bartolome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Felipillo came out of the goal and Ildefonso Bartolome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Obraje's goalkeeper Serafino Felipillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Prospero Ibon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Berasko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Valiente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Berasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Valiente in the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ildefonso Bartolome made a kick off. Patricio Berasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Valiente, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Amador Valiente dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Patricio Berasko, 0-1. In the 61st minute, Abelardo Kaiet reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patricio Berasko. The goal made the score 0-2. Suco FC's Patricio Berasko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Suco FC from getting a goal against them. After 66 played minutes Suco FC got a freekick which was hit by Justino Isias. Amador Valiente was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Patricio Berasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Valiente in the 70th minute of play. After 75 minutes of play, Suco FC's Ildefonso Bartolome made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafino Felipillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amador Valiente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Berasko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Bartolome in the 82nd minute of play forced Obraje's goalkeeper Serafino Felipillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marciano Feliu's late challenge caught a Suco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marciano Feliu helped the player get up and apologised. When Prospero Ibon came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Obraje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Ibon couldn't finish the play. Leonel Juvenal kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Prospero Ibon spun around in front of the goal 95 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Suco FC's goal. Obraje's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
