A hard shot 3 in the game by Basilio Maria from a close distance when the talented Primitivo Medardo managed to make a qualified save. Tambo's players were relieved. Tambo's Emanuel Bizen got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Tambo's Emanuel Bizen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Sugoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isidro Belarmo charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Belarmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Rio in the 24th minute of play forced Ỹ∂©Ķ's goalkeeper Wilfredo Sugoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tambo fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Tambo's Roman Rio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 30th minute Epifanio Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gilberto Sazon fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tambo's protests and gave Gilberto Sazon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, Gilberto Sazon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emanuel Bizen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Sugoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Rio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Roman Rio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Sugoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Maria might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Medardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Basilio Maria ran back to his position shaking his head. The Ỹ∂©Ķ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tambo were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roman Rio to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Rio in the 51st minute of play forced Ỹ∂©Ķ's goalkeeper Wilfredo Sugoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Eustacio Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Bizen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Sugoi having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ỹ∂©Ķ's zone, Roman Rio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Sugoi came out of the goal and Roman Rio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the match, Tambo's Roman Rio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Sugoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Epifanio Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Primitivo Medardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Batista charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustacio Batista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eustacio Batista hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Tambo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
