With a little luck, Ostendi AFC's Bruno Ourente got control of the ball when Vinicio Ganix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Primitivo Papo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the game, Virgilio Panpili was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Margarita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ostendi AFC the free kick. Virgilio Panpili kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Margarita FC's zone, Cosme Pacorro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Peruanton came out of the goal and Cosme Pacorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Primitivo Peruanton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th match minute, Ostendi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Pacorro to maneuver through the defense. If Vinicio Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Goren hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Simon Fanuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Simon Fanuco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Peruanton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosme Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Margarita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Ganix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Ourente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

In the 61st minute, Ostendi AFC's Cosme Pacorro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Primitivo Peruanton. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Pacorro in the 66th minute of play forced Margarita FC's goalkeeper Primitivo Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Margarita FC's Primitivo Peruanton got control of the ball when Simon Fanuco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Papo in the 98th minute of play forced Ostendi AFC's goalkeeper Bruno Ourente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
