In the 6th match minute, Rincón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Quintan to maneuver through the defense. Anier Ramirez's late challenge caught a Brinkman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Rincón FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardino Enekoitz in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Cordarryl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, Rincón FC's Cristian Valente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Cordarryl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Rincón FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Gumaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Bide. Edgardo Cordarryl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Cristian Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rincón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Cordarryl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardino Enekoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Edgardo Cordarryl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brinkman's Edgardo Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Valente in the 68th minute of play. Gervasio Gumaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Policarpio in the 82nd minute of the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Faustino Bide managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brinkman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Bide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rincón FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
