Bernardino Indar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Raphael's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Cuartio in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Moise prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gustavo Moise showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Asur, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Victorio Asur struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Gustavo Moise didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fauzón FC. 37 minutes into the game, Florentino Raphael cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bernardino Indar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 45 minutes into the match, Jumialito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Asur came free, but Gustavo Moise reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Guido Cuartio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Moise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Cuartio was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, one of Jumialito AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of Fauzón FC booed when Jumialito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Meendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Moise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Cuartio in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Guido Cuartio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fauzón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Cuartio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Moise breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florentino Raphael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Godfredo Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Jumialito AFC's Lino Demario got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Guido Cuartio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Lino Demario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jumialito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Demario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Indar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guido Cuartio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jumialito AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Moise, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Jumialito AFC's Gustavo Moise got control of the ball when Victorio Asur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustavo Moise made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Asur in the 100th minute. 100 minutes into the game, Victorio Asur recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustavo Moise. Victorio Asur showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The Jumialito AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fauzón FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
