Maximo Froila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Freddy Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Abel Savier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Arsenio Dantel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Coig FC's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Innocenzio came free, but Arsenio Dantel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Monsalvo AFC defense, Genaro Dolfo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddy Carlomagno. The Monsalvo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddy Carlomagno should have stopped the shot. Maximo Froila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Carlomagno having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Israel Innocenzio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Epifanio Txema came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Monsalvo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Txema couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Israel Innocenzio sped through Coig FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arsenio Dantel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Froila in the 36th minute of play forced Monsalvo AFC's goalkeeper Freddy Carlomagno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Carlomagno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Froila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The long shot by Eriberto Guifre in the 52nd minute really tested Arsenio Dantel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Maximo Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Froila in the 56th minute of play forced Monsalvo AFC's goalkeeper Freddy Carlomagno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Israel Innocenzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monsalvo AFC's Freddy Carlomagno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Dolfo in the 64th minute of play. Israel Innocenzio struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Arsenio Dantel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monsalvo AFC. Arsenio Dantel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Israel Innocenzio in the 69th minute. Arsenio Dantel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Savier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Israel Innocenzio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Monsalvo AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Maximo Froila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Maximo Froila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Freddy Carlomagno was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 89th match minute, Coig FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Coig FC's Nestor Urdaspal got a free kick in the 90th minute. Arsenio Dantel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Savier, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Coig FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Nestor Urdaspal hit a great ball. Israel Innocenzio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Arsenio Dantel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
